wanderer, fine arts lover and keen on things made through original creativity, graduated at the Faculty of Modena and Reggio Emilia, achieving a degree in Communication and Marketing. Capable artist and sesitive to the market expectations, over the time, she has designed many labels and important brandsthat are able to surprise, excite curiosity and to last in the memory of consumer. The Dr. Collodi, after more than 25 years of experience in communication for agronomic and wine-growing sectors, she noticed that for many companies cash and dreams are not enough to make their business profitable and for many of these is missing upstream a real planning of the right steps to take, without wasting money and energy uselessly. Nowadays, she has the necessary tools to provide business analysis before, thanks to a careful interview with the client and then to formulate a business plan: in order to identify which products are to be supported and which to leave; the target; the competitors; the production and marketing plans; the human resources plan; the financial aspects with regard to the product and the definition of the objectives in the short, medium and long term.
